We’re Katy and Jillian, a strategic advisor and a project manager for entrepreneurs in growth mode.

Between the two of us, we’ve helped our clients launch live events, retreats, telesummits, membership programs, and online courses. Our clients range from mid-5 to mid-6 figure business owners, and their email lists range from under 500 to over 5000.

  • their in-person classes, retreats and workshops consistently sell out, and it’s time to take their expertise national or global with an online course

  • they’re ready to monetize some of their free offers by packaging and repurposing them into something brand new

Whatever it is they’re looking to accomplish in their biz, the other thing they have in common is they have no earthly idea how they’re gonna launch this thing.

  • You need at least 1,000 subscribers (or other random number) on your email list

  • You need to invest $10,000 in branding/graphic design/web design/Facebook ads/other shiny objects

  • Unless you have affiliates and JV partners, your launch will flop

Yeah, those are all nice-to-haves, but they’re totally NOT necessary.

Lucky for you, we’re hosting LIFT OFF: Plan Your Launch & Take Your Biz to the Next Level, a live, hands-on, virtual workshop where we’ll walk you through how to plan your first (or next) launch.

By the end of this three-hour intensive, you’ll have:

  • your launch timeline hammered out, including deliverables like milestones, promo windows, and cart open/close dates

  • what we call a Project Execution Doc” – a living document that outlines all the moving parts and specific steps that you can hand off to your VA or team (if you have one – it’s okay if you don’t!)

  • a spreadsheet to track your project, stats and results that matter to you, so you can make the next time you launch even better!

The workshop takes place on Thursday, February 22, 2018, at 1 PM Eastern / 10 AM Pacific, and is priced at a whopping $97 USD.

  • You already have an idea for a product or service you want to launch and have started to flesh it out (this workshop is not about figuring out WHAT to launch, it’s for planning out HOW to launch it)

  • You already have an online following or email list, even if it’s on the smaller” side with 200-500 subscribers (no list size shame here!)

  • You’re maxed out on 1:1 clients and are looking to scale

This workshop is NOT for you if:

  • You’re still in the start up” phase of your business

  • You don’t know what you’re launching yet

  • You haven’t been doing any relationship-building activities, such as building an email list or nurturing your prospects and connections on a consistent basis

  • You don’t currently have any paying clients

The Fine Print:

  1. Your registration is non-refundable. If you can’t make it live, let us know in writing at least 24 hours in advance, and the cost of your registration can be applied to a future workshop or another of our services within the next 6 months. Otherwise, you forfeit your registration fee.
